Land Development
The RM of Milden No.286 adopted a Basic Planning Statement and Zoning Bylaw to provide goals, objectives and policies to guide the management of Land use and its future developments within the limits of the Municipality.
Subdivisions:
The subdivision of any land within the Municipality is subject to the policies contained in the RM of Milden Basic Planning statement and Zoning Bylaw and The Planning and Development Act, 2007.
